Amanda Quintana-Bowles | About
Creative, world traveler + paper fanatic
Amanda was born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She is an accomplished vocalist, musician, photographer and artist. Her artistic career began at an early age, when one of her pen sketches was featured as the cover of Stereophile in 1985.
In her evolution as a creative, she has become known as a photographer, graphic designer, and mentor. If systematic creativity seems like an improbable combination, you have yet to experience Amanda in living color.
Photography is an art form in itself but when you add the vital and methodical steps required to achieve the vision of her clients, magic unfolds.
What sets Amanda apart is her capacity to walk a client from their initial conception through a step-by-step process, taking them to the end result: an experience, a memory, and exceptional photos suited to each client’s desired outcome. Putting her clients at ease and ensuring they are both seen and valued is of utmost importance to her work.
Portraits reign supreme in Amanda’s extensive portfolio followed closely by travel photography. A tour through her online gallery brings to life the blend of her dedication and her unique artistic flair.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Quintana-Bowles has trained to incorporate branding, graphic arts and design into her professional qualifications. She uses her training to support and equip entrepreneurs in discovering creative means to stand out in their industry.
The culmination of Amanda’s skills and career path has positioned her to mentor people in their chosen art form. Photographers on photography. Designers on how to use Photoshop, Illustrator, and other modalities. Entrepreneurs on how to believe in themselves in order to establish a stable business.
To experience Amanda’s expertise and her joy in doing her work, is to know you’re in exceptional hands.
Amanda has a BA in Communications from the University of New Mexico. She is a member of the Professional Photographers of America and is an International Member of The Royal Photographic Society.
