Amanda Quintana-Bowles | About
Creative, world traveler, ikebana artist + wine explorer
Amanda was born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She is an accomplished vocalist, musician, photographer and artist. Her artistic career began at an early age, when one of her pen sketches was featured as the cover of Stereophile in 1985.
In her evolution as a creative, she has become known as a photographer, graphic designer, and mentor. If systematic creativity seems like an improbable combination, you have yet to experience Amanda in living color.
What sets Amanda apart is her capacity to walk a client from their initial conception through a step-by-step process, taking them to the end result: an experience, a memory, and exceptional photos suited to each client’s desired outcome. Putting her clients at ease and ensuring they are both seen and valued is of utmost importance to her work.
The culmination of Amanda’s skills and career path has positioned her to mentor people in their chosen art form. Photographers on photography. Designers on how to use Photoshop, Illustrator, and other modalities. Entrepreneurs on how to believe in themselves in order to establish a stable business.
To experience Amanda’s expertise and her joy in doing her work, is to know you’re in exceptional hands.
Amanda holds a BA in Communications from the University of New Mexico. A lifelong learner, she has earned a Level 1 certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers, Wine Level 2 with Merit from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust, and her Third Level certification from the Sogetsu Ikebana School of Japan.
